Wyeski Island is a famous wine producing area, and Shiji Winery is the most famous one here, and has the longest history. The wine here belongs to the middle-class quality, with fruity aroma, mellow color and very good quality. It is worth tasting.
Stone Ridge Winery is a very famous winery on Wyeski Island. The vineyard here has a very long sunshine. The wines produced are one of the top ten brands in Australia. They taste sweet and refreshing, and have a strong taste between the mouths. They are very good wines. The natural environment of the whole vineyard is also very good. Here you can enjoy the beautiful scenery while tasting the delicious wine and authentic Australian lamb chops. That's a great feeling.
Of course, we had to try the wine at the Duohong Estate, so we had lunch at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the oysters that day had just sold out, and we ordered two Testing Menu and burdock. The burdock tastes really good, the sauce is not very creamy but very fragrant, but we have six wines and no surprises, very dry.
The latitude and climate of New Zealand are ideal for wine production.
