Great location to photography
We visited there in our journey to Horton Plains. Evening is the best time to visit. Many people come there to eat. Try not to pollute the environment.
Nice to see
Good for a stop voer boat ride on the way to / from horton plains. Options for BBQ and camping. nice scenery.
Place to relax
Beautiful place along the way to Ambewela farm . Don't forget to visit the island in the lake . Close to Nuwaraeliya town and access with carpeted road .

Kande Ela reservoir is on the road to Ella from Nuwara Eliya. It is a small but pictresque reservoir with a siphon.
