I went there in February 2019. There are many temples in Minka Village between Old Bagan and New Bagan. It is said that this temple has the most beautiful appearance. It faces the main street. There is a souvenir shop at the entrance of the temple. There are many attractions, so it is a standard attraction popular with tourists. It provides a place where the serpent can hide when the king who is in conflict with the former king is in danger. It is characterized by the cover of naga on the Buddhist statues in the main temple of the temple, which was built for gratitude after he escaped from crisis and subsequently ascended to the throne. Unfortunately, shooting inside is also prohibited.

This temple is beautiful and well-preserved. Its highlight is the two-person-high Buddha statue with a cover above its head, and the shape of the cover is a Naga. I think this is the origin of the temple's name.: )
The temple is worth seeing. There are complete walls around it, with beautiful murals, colored clay sculptures and golden Buddhas, with a touch of Indian style. On the left hand side of the road from Old Bagan to New Bagan, Suomingji Temple is very easy to find across the road.
There are a lot of python statues in the temple. It was shocking. It should be the Naga temple. I didn't feel very comfortable inside. I saw it and left.
A simple and elegant temple built in the 11th century.
