The expectation is high. I went to Bridges to drink and wait in advance, and went up to eat at one point. But the result is somewhat disappointing.
There are a total of three courses to choose from. My husband and I tried two menus separately: his is a mixed land, sea and air set meal with seafood, quail, duck and wagyu, mine is a pure seafood set, and the other one is pure vegetarian. The menu is well done.
Generally speaking, the dishes are on the salty side and the desserts are on the sweet side, which leads us to drink a lot of water. Especially the main dish lobster in the seafood set meal is really very salty.
The chef tried to combine Indonesian flavors with French and Japanese food elements, but the results were rather blunt. For example, the Indonesian sauce was put in the Japanese steamed egg, which was not very amazing; the wagyu beef was served with three different sauces, but the wagyu beef was fishy Taste, last left. Instead, a few simple and basic dishes performed well, such as cuttlefish fish soup, which was qualified and sweet.
Praise the bread, highlights all night.
Checking out about 700 RMB per person (excluding drinks), I feel more disappointed than surprised.
It's a high-end bar. The cocktails are very good. You can ask for a set menu. Anyway, the price is not expensive. Dining in Bali is really the same as in Thailand. The environment is palace style and super beautiful.
The environment and service are very good. It is indeed of high standard. When the dishes are served, they are as expected. The portion is small and small, but this is a common problem in large restaurants. After a meal, I feel that there is nothing wrong with it except expensive.
BLANCO par Mandif, a very moody restaurant, surrounded by mountains and the sea, and a beautiful garden, a very creative restaurant, the dishes are very exquisite and designed, and the pork ribs feel high-end
Around the museum, the environment and service are particularly good, and the meals and wine are first-class.
The restaurant is well located, near Ubud Bridge. From the food, the cuisine to the service, everything is done very well. The environment is very good, the atmosphere is romantic, and the details are in place. The waiter will introduce the local eating habits, the choice of ingredients for each dish and the cooking skills. Although it is expensive, it feels worthwhile.
Memorable DiningThis is our second dining at this restaurant. The restaurant has changes a lot since the first time we went here, the design is very modern yet elegant. The food are stunning as always, presented nicely and absolutely wonderful; the presentation to the savour...very pleasing. The food pairing are blended nicely. My favourite dish was the Aged duck and beetroot... also the lobster singkong....Memorable dinner...
