Mozaic Restaurant Gastronomique

Unique dining experience and highly enjoyable. Would probably opt for the shorter menu next time.

Chocolate with cinnamon sorbet and pineapple was my favourite here.

Bali spices used in the unique dinner Mozaic, most of which I had never seen them fresh before! Seeing, feeling, touching, smelling them before being served the wonderful tasting menu is unforgettable

An experience of fine dining under the starsOMG this place is amazing. Fine dining at its best. American Chef, Frech food training using local Balinese ingredients. What a superb combination. We chose the 6 course Grand menu and enjoyed every single dish. Staff were very friendly and attentive and gave detailed descriptions of the food placed before us. I especially liked the display bowl of ingredients that was given to us at the beginning of the evening so we could see the variety of ingredients used. The amuse-buche was A-MAZING! Not for the feint hearted in terms of price but to celebrate a special occasion its a must.

DivineWe went to Mozaic as a group of 6 friends and we all agreed it was an amazing experience. We enjoyed every course and the wine matching was superb - I would highly recommend this option. The wait staff were attentive without being intrusive and the setting was magical. Yes, it was expensive but well worth it and I would go again for a special occasion.

Awesome restaurantIf you are a foody you have to come here. The food/service ambiance are great. The prices are expensive by balinese standards but cheap for the experience and what you are getting by western standards. There are a number of set menus to choose from. Really really good! Compared to quite expensive hotel restaurants this is top of the range.

On par with restaurants in NYCThis restaurant is on par with any fine dining in NYC. We had the chefs surprise menu and it was delectable. The freshness of the ingredients, the creativity with the favours, and the level of service were all outstanding. If you are looking for a unique dining experience in Bali, this is not to be missed.

I can not recommend this restaurant. The service is bad but they charge 10% svc charge... and 10% sales tax. This place can be famouse just because it's in this island... Bad food and bad service.
