For me it turned out to be one of the best temples in Bali, just at Ubud center. Beautiful statues ,sculpures, altars. Locals were preparing the temple for the festivities of the next days, so the flowers works on the typical baskets were embellishing the altars, traditional sarongs on the statues. There was a group of children rehursing the typical gamellan music, this was absolutelly amazing to watch!

Not the most impressive of Bali's temples that I have seen, but cool as it is covered in macaques - sitting right inside the Monkey Forest.
Interesting temple in the heart of the Monkey Sanctuary.
Entertainment activities are rich and varied. The chants sung by the "monkey man" are exciting and refreshing, and the dancers in Bali are gorgeously dressed. If you want to take some photos of dancers performing, I strongly recommend that you sit in the second row of the bleachers. In addition, we must explain the story about the performance, which will help us understand the meaning of the entire dance performance. This temple was closed when we came, but we can also look around. There are no other tourists and no local characteristic sarongs for rent. This is a small temple but the platform inside is very cute and beautiful. There are also many very gorgeous and decorative artworks and traditional musical instruments.
