About Grand Palace
Located in the heart of Bangkok, the Grand Palace is close to the Chao Phraya River and is a symbol of the Bangkok dynasty. It is also the first choice for tourists to go to Thailand. It is the royal palace of the first to eighth Thai emperors of the Bangkok dynasty and still used for ceremonies such as coronation and celebration. The Grand Palace comprises intermingled building groups totaling 22. The main building group has 4 distinctive palaces and the Jade Buddha Temple. Buildings are in Siamese style and bring together the best of Thai painting, sculpture and decorative art.
Bangkok must go to No.1 scenic spot, which is well-known and magnificent, with blue sky and white clouds set off. Like a picture, it needs sleeves in its jacket, knees in its lower body, and free borrowing of clothes at the door. Many cool-dressed European and American sisters are queuing up to open their bags for inspection. I have a small backpack on my back and ask if I want to check it. The security guard says in Chinese that beautiful bags need not be checked. Ha-ha, also sent me a pentagonal star which he folded. It was really chatting ah-ha. At noon, when I went out of the Jade Buddha Temple and entered the Grand Palace, I saw a soldier guarding the big iron gate that could not be entered. I heard it was Ying Hotel. Xiao Pang, a soldier, asked him if he could take a group photo. He happily agreed to go along the main road to the Grand Palace Garden. Many tourists were taking pictures because of that. For the sake of being too sun-baked, I took a simple photograph. There is a weapon exhibition hall in the Grand Palace, which I like to see. But I can't take pictures. On the other side of the road is the history exhibition hall. There are portraits of kings of different generations, as well as the history and major events of the Thai Kingdom. Hearing the guide's introduction, the young queen likes rubies to express her warm love. Middle-aged people like sapphire solemnly and dignified. It's not very big inside, but we should take off our hats, take no pictures, eat and drink, walk quietly through a door along the road, and see the buildings just introduced in the exhibition hall. It is said that there are emperors in the past dynasties. It's worth mentioning that the small shop on the left side of the export is not expensive. Durian ice cream is super delicious. It can also taste the valuable mineral resources of Thailand. It also feels very salty when it is refrigerated. It's twice as salty as the domestic one. Supplementary electrolyte first-class rod~
very hot and crowed, but still worth it to go and place must visit in Bangkok.not only big and stunning, but it’s all about details.you must take at least 3 hours to check those beautiful architecturescontinued with mesesum and mini performance show which will help you to understand the Thailand story.
The Grand Palace is an absolute must see jn Bangkok! I would highly recommend going there yourself rather than doing a tour to get the most out of this experience. Beautiful place and the attention to detail is unbelievable!
can't go to Bangkok and do not visit. it is really beautiful! also, respectful...do not forget to use pants when you go to!
The next day in Bangkok, we went to the Crocodile Lake first, and then we went all the way to the Mekonan River by boat. We didn't pay attention to the time. It was 16:20 Bangkok time to get there. The Grand Palace stopped tourists from entering at 3:30 p.m., so we should pay attention to this point. At present, it is still in the funeral period of the Nine Kings. It is better to wear black and white clothes. T-shirts and yarn cages are also sold outside the palace. The shops around are inexpensive. Security checks are required before entering the palace. The fare of the Grand Palace is 500 Thai plants. The Thai people are free of charge, but the Chinese people are asking for money to visit the Palace Museum. The palaces in the palace are brilliant, although the place is not as big as the Forbidden City, but each palace is amazing, the golden light, the spires soaring into the clouds, the lifelike statues and various sculptures, full of reverie, what happened here before
sacred place, palace full of gold. they also offerfree theater show but u need to a free shuttle to go there.
the most interesting place of bangkok as seen the great history of Thailand
Great ancient Thailand kingdom introdcution trip and resemblance of thai kingdom genuinity and magnificient status quo.
Must see place with very beautiful architecture! New subway station is opened in a walking distance from Grand Palace MRT Sanam Chai. Entrance fee is 500 b. Remember about strict dress code: long skirts or trousers, covered shoulders and arms. Territory inside is quite big, so by the entrance you can find a paper map with descriptions in many languages for free.
The Grand Palace is a must-see attraction to Bangkok. It is full of splendor. Detailed not much to say, the website has introduced, I tell you a few tips here: 1, once you enter the right side of the palace gate where there are tickets for sale, I almost fooled, remember not to be afraid to buy here! Otherwise you will be killed! You just have to go inside, and you will see that on the left side of the road, the landmark of the Grand Palace is the green lawn and fence. There are many people taking pictures there. That's right. You go ahead and come to another palace gate in front. There are fences and guards at the gate which forbid tourists to enter (that is, the guard of honor on my picture comes out here). The entrance to the Grand Palace is on the left side. Facing the entrance, the right hand side is the real ticket office! If you are really road-blind and not afraid, you directly follow the crowd to the ticket gate, the staff will tell you where to buy tickets (not far, just a few steps away). 2. The Grand Palace tickets also include free tickets to teak palace and old parliament building (valid for 7 days). Also remember to go here, it's beautiful. 3. There is a strategy on the Internet to take BTS to Zhengwangqiao and then transfer cruises. In fact, Bangkok's BTS is extraordinarily expensive. If you are not alone, I suggest that it is more cost-effective to take a taxi (the Asian Hotel takes a taxi to the Grand Palace less than 100 baht). Of course, remember to call the driver for a watch.
