Baicaopan Forest Park is one of the six major scenic spots in Yesanpo, a key national scenic spot. It is located in the northwest of Lishui County, Hebei Province. Known as the "natural plant specimen library" and "wildlife kingdom". The air negative oxygen ion content in the park is 126 times that of Beijing city, which can be called the "natural oxygen bar". The main landscapes are: glacier cuckoo, dense forest snow waves, sky garden, Yulin Yuqiu, Shiding Watching the Day, Erlin Jingxiu, Storm Martin Xiang, Wind Stone and so on.

The grass-side scenic spot echoes the Baihua Mountain in Beijing. It is a sister peak and one of the four peaks of Beijing West.
