The signature black truffle egg and salted prawns are also full of surprises. The restaurant’s service is considerate and thoughtful, with exquisite presentation, and complements the elegant tableware. After dinner, you can take the opportunity to climb to the cocktail bar on the top of the hotel, with a sweeping view of the old town and cathedral, and the scenery is superb.
The waiter politely introduced each dish served in Spanish English with a smile.
