This is a monastery with over 700 years history, the architecture is typical Catalan Gothic style, very Spanish flavor. The square in the middle is covered with orange trees, very beautiful, it is a little far from the city center, very quiet, well worth the walk there.
Though less popular than many other famous monasteries, it is worth a walk around the more secluded monasteries a little further away from the city center.
A very ghostly monastery, in a very nice setting, with lots of exhibits inside!
The history is quite long and the architecture is very special.
