The new square is not big, surrounded by very beautiful old buildings. The streets here are basically narrow gravel paths. It feels very pleasant to stroll through it. If you’re tired, have a cup of coffee and enjoy the slow life of the locals. not bad

The New Square is the square in front of the Basilica Cathedral, with two cylindrical buildings left beside it. The square is small, but because it is close to the church and several nearby attractions, there is a lot of traffic, and there are many stalls and some activities in the square, so it is quite lively.
I just came here by chance again. There are narrow alleys all around, and I feel a sense of relief when I enter the square (in fact, the square is very small). There are semi-outdoor restaurants around the area. Drink a coffee and soak in the afternoon sun. It should be excellent.
In the main square of Barcelona Cathedral, you can see the sculpture of Barcino. Barcino is the earliest name of Barcelona, left behind by the Roman Empire. It’s also the oldest part of Barcelona. Now you can see many of the buildings left by the Roman Empire.
Close to the church, the overall feeling is quite empty. In Barcelona, many European buildings also have some Islamic elements. If it weren't for the towers of the church in the distance, it would be hard to distinguish.
