While Chau Sau Tevoda was one of the smallest temples we visited around Siem Reap, we found it to be one of the most beautiful. Only consisting of a few rooms, interconnected with short corridors, this was a much more intimate temple experience, as there were hardly any other tourists. The grounds were gorgeous, and the layout of the temple complex exuded a sense of harmony. Weird, but true. With so many tourists in the area it's rare to find such a place, but this is it, and we hope you have the same experience!

The temple of Zhou Sa and the temple of Thomason are very close. The temple of Thomason is a relatively complete one of the two and interesting in my opinion, but they are both great. The temple of Zhou Sa is a small and ornate temple (like the size of a church). It is not a popular attraction but worth a visit if you have the time.
The Zhousa Temple was built during the reign of Suyevarman II in the early 12th century. The Tomanon Temple, which is 170 meters away from the north, was built during the same period, and its architectural layout and structure are exactly the same. But why these two groups of buildings were built is still unclear. It was only in the late 19th century that when the French military officer in Cambodia discovered this group of buildings, he learned from the local population that the temple was dedicated to ChauSay, so the French named it ChauSayTevoda. ).
This temple is somewhat similar to the nearby Tomay, which is reminiscent of the form of Angkor Temple. This place has a smaller building and a more scattered shape. This is a very special temple, just walk east from Bayon Temple.
The styles are similar, and the layout feels like Zhousa is like a circle and Tomanon is like a line. I met the locals who took wedding photos here, so they have a historical style
