Baihebao Reservoir is located in the northern mountainous area of Xiangying Township, Yanqing County, Beijing. It is the fifth largest reservoir in Beijing, at an altitude of 560 meters. It was built in 1970 and completed in 1983. The Baihe water was introduced to the Shanli Reservoir area through the water transmission tunnel, with a total reservoir capacity of 90 million cubic meters. There are several viewing spots along the reservoir, and you need to drive by car to Panshan Road.
Baihebao Reservoir is located in the Shili Gallery Grand Park in Yanqing, Beijing. You can walk around the reservoir and have a picnic, but remember to take care of the environment! After visiting the reservoir, you can visit Shili Gallery by the way.
