The former residence of Cai Yuanpei is the place where Mr. Cai Yuanpei lived in Shanghai. Cai Yuanpei’s former residence is located at No.16, Lane 303, Huashan Road. It is a three-story English-style garden house. Mr. Cai Yuanpei once lived here in 1937. The first floor of the former residence is an exhibition hall. Approximately 210 square meters. Mr. Cai Yuanpei was praised by Chairman Mao as "a leader in academia and a role model in the world". Many of Cai Yuanpei's life deeds and articles are displayed here. The bedroom bedding exhibition on the second floor is only open on Wednesdays. Today, Teacher’s Day is just a good time to come to see this academic master. Very good experience.

Cai Yuanpei’s former residence is located at No.75 Dongtangzi Hutong. It is a very humble little Hutong. I didn’t come here on a special trip. I stopped by when I went to the Eastern Hospital of Xiehe Hospital. Unfortunately, it’s not open during this time. Go in again if you have a chance
In Dongdanbei, Dongcheng District, Beijing, the scale is small and will not open temporarily.
