Jinghua Printing Book Bureau is an old building with a century-old history. 1905, Shanghai Business Printing Bookstore set up Jinghua Printing Bookstore in Hufang Bridge, Beijing branch in Liuli Factory. The existing Jinghua Printing Bookstore building is a building, enjoy a ship, commonly known as "boat building". The building is triangular in plane, four floors above the ground, using the advanced air-reinforced concrete frame structure at that time, ground breaking in 1918, and completed in 1920. It has been more than a hundred years since.

The crossroads of the Hufang Bridge of the subway have a striking four-story reinforced concrete beam and column structure of the iconic old building, in the form of a ship, the former site is the printing plant of the Beijing Hua Printing and Book Bureau. The main facade has coupon doors and coupon windows, and there are 5 stone pillars in the middle of the second and third floors. The columns have balconies decorated with cast iron flower railings and imitation stone railings. The roof has a daughter wall with a large clock in the middle. The east and west facades are simplely decorated with square windows. The architectural modeling treatment was influenced by classicalism, but it has greatly demonstrated the main characteristics of modern architecture, which was rare in Beijing at the time, and has been preserved in the only wooden guide rail elevator in Beijing.
