An outstanding place for an up-scale meal in Bolzano. A wonderful decor is combined with attentive service and superb food. The wine list was extensive and modern, well-presented food was the highlight for us. Nice balance of meat, fish and vegetarian options so almost all palates, diets can be accomodated. The meal wasn&#39;t cheap (3 courses/wine + digestif @ 70 euros/person) but well worth it. There is both a degustation menu and &agrave; la carte options. Worth saving some money from lunch (which can be a simple sandwich sitting in the main square of Bolzano) to enjoy the dinner. Highly recommended.
