Nice venue, great layout and a great vibe. If you want basic food like, burgers, ribs and chicken wings then probably not a bad option to eat while you drink. We didn&#39;t eat and not many people around us were eating either. I would definitely stop by for drinks again.

Beautiful cafe with friendly staff and live music.(Traditional Hungarian band playing the classics.)I had the Hungarian beef goulash soup with homemade dumplings which I really enjoyed.No booking necessary they are great accommodating walk-ins.

We were hungry as we passed by and decided to go for dinner. We didn&rsquo;t know they were specializing in gin, which was a very pleasant coincidence. Gin is &ldquo;deconstructed&rdquo; and allows you to add extra flavor, which is fun. The food was fantastic! Tapas snack style, perfect when immersed in a variety of gin. Service was good, all the staff were nice and attentive, Gaia was particularly lovely and knowledgeable.

Next to the hotel, in order to eat goulash (Hungarian beef soup), it seems that it is still a more popular restaurant. The environment is very good, it is best to make an appointment in advance, we did not make an appointment but we were lucky to sit in. The goulash here is the best I have drunk in Budapest in a few days. The ingredients are very fresh and moderately salty. The main dishes are very large and the service is very thoughtful. There will be a band performance at 8pm.

I&#39;ve been to Extra a couple of times now and always find it an enjoyable experience. Prices are a little high for Budapest but it is a smart place and good for socializing. Not really my usual scene and to be honest I wouldn&#39;t go if it wasn&#39;t for friends parties there. The food looks good, although I haven&#39;t eaten there personally. If you like smart places, with modern popular music then this is certainly worth a visit.

I visited in late February with a friend and found that it was quite quiet up until around 9 so the atmosphere was not great - although this can not be helped when visiting out of season. The staff were very friendly and attentive, we were immediately greeted and brought to a table, I had a drink within a minute. The menu is kept basic with a mix of some international and some Hungarian dishes, but I don&#39;t have a complaint as the food was perfect. Fast and efficient service and would highly recommend the EXTRA burger.

Nice bar with excellent service. Food is also served. The drinks were mid-high price range. The decor is great.
