This establishment is over rated in its reviews. Service was poor and the food was just about average. The mixed platter was very greasy, bland and without flavour. Lacking ingredients in each individual dish. For this reason it&apos;s over priced and not worth it

You take an elevator, then stairs for perhaps 3 more flights. The view that greets you is spectacular, and it is 360.  I didn&apos;t appreciate Phnom Penh fully until seeing it from here.  Suggestion: go at dusk to see it in daylight and then at night.  Happy hour prices, lots of signature drinks and Carlsburg.

Best sky bar ever?

Warning to other visitors: check your bill and count your change, don&apos;t get ripped off like my friends and I did! The waiter might try to insist that you need to pay more so keep your own tab of what you&apos;ve ordered and the cost. Also check the USD to riel exchange rate as they&apos;ll try to cheat you out of your change.

Good service. The cocktails are decilious. Food a little bit expensive. But the view is very cool. I recomend.

金边比较高档次的地方了，也是金边比较高得一幢楼，也很有名气哦，晚上在这里吃饭感觉很有feel，做的是法国菜，要了一瓶法国红酒。

这里绝对是看夜景的好地方，价格也不贵，没有最低消费，买一杯酒就可以坐着看风景了，晚上的金边绝的还是挺漂亮的，也就是市中心这里。
