The predecessor of Su Da was called Soochow University. It was founded in 1900 by the Christian Supervisory Board in Suzhou, China. It is the first Western-style university in the country. The old school gate has quite a literary atmosphere. Suzhou University has three campuses: Tianciezhuang Campus, Dushu Lake Campus and Yangcheng Lake Campus. We are here at the headquarters of the new school gate on Ganjiang East Road. As one of the most beautiful universities in China, Suzhou University is absolutely worthy of its name. The walled creeper has a wooden door that lasted a long time and a strong Republican style. The photos are really not enough to show the beauty of the campus. There is a gymnasium built between 1934 and 1937. The beautiful western-style red brick building, Jingzheng Building, was once a mathematics science college.
