"I could say that it’s an incredible exhibition but it’s more shocking becau If you’re in Ho Chi Minh city you can’t miss going to this museum. If you are sensitive to this kind of content, you should think twice before going as it shows all the content related to the Vietnam War. An exhibition that will make you realize the cathastrophic effect war and how it damage Vietnam most especially its people for 19.5 long years. "

"Ho Chi Minh Fine Arts Museum is situated in one of the most beautiful buildings in Saigon. The architecture of it is awesome, it was built during a colonial times and has some strong French influence in the design. The art collection inside is nice as well, we enjoyed watching it."

"After we arrived at the Museum of Ho Chi Minh City, it was Nga who received us and explained to us the whole process. She was friendly and kind and we liked it very much. She really loves Uncle Hu. While improving her English, she also brought us a passionate journey. I am very happy to learn about Vietnam’s history and Vietnam’s national heroes from the inside out. highly recommended. I have been passing by here but never thought of going to see it, but it is actually great, very interesting to read the history of Vietnam and Saigon, and see the past here. It's nice to see photos at the wedding party, but they blocked the stairs for 20 minutes. The bride looks really beautiful. It only takes 90-120 minutes to finish the sights. There is also a beautiful garden behind."

"I was one of the only people visiting this museum when I went here on a Saturday afternoon. I don't know why. This excellent museum should come second after the War Museum as the story of the women fighters was a significant part of the Vietnam War story. The first floor has two exhibitions - one with many versions of the "Ao Dai", the traditional Vietnamese dress for women, throughout the years, and the second part was a room with the traditional weaving and production techniques of numerous ethnic groups in the south of Vietnam. The second floor is dedicated to the war and all the women who served. They have photos of women's groups who supported the women's army in Vietnam, mug shots of some of the women who were imprisoned, and a lot of information which for me was a nice addition after having visited the War Remnants Museum the day before. Most signs are in English/Vietnamese. And it's free! Open until 5 p.m."

"Entry is free. If you don't understand history, it may waste your time. One thing I have experienced is that many museums will be closed during lunch time from about 11 am to 1:30 pm. So the plan should be adjusted accordingly. The entire exhibition helped visitors to appreciate the state of Vietnam’s founding and Uncle Ton’s great contribution to resistance to war and nation building, gradually establishing a people’s democratic political system in Vietnam."

"It's really attractive here. Someone recommended this place to us, but no one in the hotel where we stayed seemed to know this place. But there was no problem. We showed the taxi driver the address and the taxi took us there. As others have said, you first watch a short video, and then you can get a private visit. This building is very special. Originally built in Hanoi, it has now been shipped to Ho Chi Minh City. Our guide is great. She spent a long time explaining everything here and answering our questions. She also asked us some questions to make everything interactive. She asked us to put on costumes, pretend to be grinding medicine, pretending to be doctors and patients. I know it sounds a bit boring, but it's really interesting. As a comparative perspective of Western medicine, this is really interesting. It is highly recommended to visit here. Moreover, almost all of them can be visited for free by tourists."
