This Japanese buffet is great! Very good value for money, small Qinglong, delicious.

We visited a local shopping mall, which is different from many of the shopping centers in Cebu today, which are small but feature local goods for local people, not brand-name goods like big shopping malls. The restaurant&#39;s food was good and fast. The portion is large and fresh. Worth a try.
