What people are saying:

I am totally depressed and sad! When I first discovered Lambug Beach in 2013, this is what many people said. The water used to be and is still pristine. However, it used to be a great place. I didn't have to pay to get in before. There were only a few Nipa Hut bars, and dogs were not a problem. Now, they have to build many Nipa huts and bars on the beach, which has caused too much rubbish, no one cares about picking it up, which causes dogs from all directions to frequent here to find food. There are no real regulations in the Philippines. If you just build things anywhere, the local government will most likely not intervene. This is the old adage "Ask for forgiveness is better than permission."

    LAMBUG BEACH

For a backpacker, this one is good for you. Don't expect for top accommodations but expect to be immersed with the sea.

After spending a few hours chillaxing at Kawansan Falls, I headed to Lambug Beach to wait for the sunset. My original plan was to take a bus as I was of the impression that buses run frequently to Mo...
