Lovely walk
Lovely walk with my 3.5 years old, he really liked it, and we went to see the owls, not the show but the birds only. It made for a perfect day, afterwards we walked back down and grabbed a yummy lunch...
Amazing views.
Lovely views, nice and quiet to walk around, some aspects shut though with COVID, amazing views. Lots of people having picnics once you have walked the steps to the top.
Great castle
Medieval castle on the top of the hill overlooking the Marne. The castle is undergoing renovation when we visited. The castle itself was great. There is a bird of prey display centre this is closed on...
Worth the steep climb
The Chateau is extensive and mostly well-managed and preserved, with a visitor centre and an area where there are regular displays of birds of prey. The views over the town and surrounding countryside...
Good Friday Markets.
The Friday markets are good fun. Il Calcio restuarant good for pizza and a sit down afterwards. Found the ruins on the hill underwhelming and the bird or prey show average but ok.
