The 100-year-old Chengdu People's Park will serve as a material and spiritual carrier to store real old Chengdu life. On the working day, the Peoples Park is still crowded with people. The leisurely aunts danced ballroom dancing with joy. The unruly aunts looked at the children in the blind spots, and they were the twin sisters of Shanghai Peoples Park.
In Chengdu, there is a tea house in the downtown area, a tea stall in the alley, a tea house in the park, a tea garden in the university, and a tea house everywhere. The Heming Tea House in the Peoples Park, built on the lakeside, has a hundred years of history, so it is called a hundred years of cranes. It is the oldest and most influential tea house in the main city of Chengdu. Not like other attractions, this is a place where locals and tourists come, licking their ears, drinking bowls of tea, and basking in the sun. This is a place to enjoy the fun, not a place to visit, to control what local, foreign people, together How comfortable playing cards are. The teahouse culture in Chengdu does not drink tea. Drinking is actually an atmosphere a subtle sense of harmony between people. Looking at the sky and clouds in the cup, killing time, timeless meaningless passage has become valuable in this ritual tea.
Chengdu people who are good at enjoying life, they are also linking tea to the ear. Yes, Chengdu people are too lazy to even lick their ears and don't want to do it themselves. This one piece is a comfortable and enjoyable thing. Come to Heming, drink tea, pick ears, or simply sit down for a day. In this city that can make time slow down, you can finally have a corner to let people know what is "less to go, not to go out."

Located very close to the city center. Together with several other landmarks available by short distance walking it forms the core of tourism in Chengdu.People's parks always play a role of memorial monuments. This one is also remind us about past time when terrible war terrorized whole world and when brave soldiers sacrificed themselves to protect their land from Japanese invaders. You will find many installations and artifacts about this theme in a park. But today in peaceful time people coming here to enjoy playing majong, drinking tea in a shadow of old trees...
Absolutely beautiful park. Very large and has a lot of historical stuff to see. There are a lot of little stands within the park to get snacks and drinks, as well as two tea houses. It is recommended that you don't go on Mondays, as several areas are closed for matinence.

Hello everyone, I visited this place with my girlfriend and we think it was nice place. There was a lot of Traditional customs at the park, like traditional Chinese dancing, restaurants, monuments and more but if you already been in China for a while I don't sure it's must seen sight. If it's your first day or week in China it nice place to see a little from the Chinese people's hobbies.
Nice and greendancing every nightrecommend for family and couples
