Huadong Valley

Huadong Zonggu is a canyon between Hualien to Taitung, the Central Mountains and the Coastal Mountains. The width is about 5-10 kilometers. There are the most original scenery here, the best rice and milk in Taiwan, and a lot of delicious fruits. I live in the paradise-like Zonggu.

Huadong Zonggu is one of the topographical landscapes of the eastern Taiwan Zonggu, sandwiched between the central mountains and the coastal mountains, and named for its spanning Hualien and Taitung counties. There are many attractions in Huadong Zonggu, all with greenery and stretching beautiful mountains, along the road and the eastern mainline railway, in the rapeseed flower, golden needle flower blooming period (flowering period: 3-5 month), its scenery is amazing and surprising. In addition to the changing pastoral landscape, the orchards, tea gardens, rice fields, pastures and other attractions in the valley are dizzying.

The Huadong Longitudinal Valley Line passes through Qixingtan, Qingshui Cliff, Taikai Happy Farm, Mizuho Ranch, Brown Avenue and so on. It faces mountains and seas, and its beauty is fascinating. The whole line is about 180 kilometers long from north to south, and each scenic spot is not too close to each other. It is suggested to charter a car.
