The atmosphere of this adorable shop is full of bright colors, wonderful Hawaiian music, fun and local history! My personal favorites of gelato choices are lilikoi, oreo and the for the love of chocolate!!

Gypsea Gelato

Best meal we had in a week on the island. The catch of the day (ahi) on a bed of salad was excellent.

We went to this place which is just down the street from Donkey Balls Gift Shop and the store cashier recommended it, and was not disappointed! We each had the corned beef hash with eggs and bacon it was the best and we tried to find other spots that served this and was not successful! Highly recommend it! The service was great as well as the food! It is not fancy but worth the stop and value!

Really good burger cooked to order but I really liked their homemade pickles on the burger ! Although, it took awhile to get seated even though we saw a few that were empty .

We were very keen to come here after having Annies. They are a shop separated. Be sure to bring your cups and stuff there. My favorites are caramel and sea salt. I also like cream pancake rolls of ice cream. There are many varieties and low-calorie frozen juices. The picture shows a medium cup, two tablespoons, $5, very good value.

In the past November, my daughter and I went to the hospital to see my husband, and came here. The boss is a very friendly young man, he is very chatty and very considerate. He put a caramel ice cream in his cup and then gave us a lot of caramel sauce. It was reasonably priced and great. They had a lot of other flavors as well. We would drop by a few times when we went to and from the hospital. This is where we come every time we go in Kona.

We just ended our two-week vacation in Kona. During our vacation, we went to Kiara Kakuya at least seven times. Our four children still discuss their favorite scent. All I want to say is to make Chiara Kakua the first stop because I will visit this place many times after that. The place is hospitable. The owner really makes their products with heart. The fragrance is really amazing. Can you taste white pineapple elsewhere? Go, there won&#39;t be a disappointment!

This is my first time at Gypsea ice cream shop and not sure if I will come second time. I was looking for a restaurant when I parked in their parking lot and after a quick look at their ice cream variety, I decided to try it. They have a lot of different types of ice cream and offer a try. I love ice cream and Gypseas is one of the best I have ever had. Usually I buy a big portion, but I think the next time I will be enough. They are generous and give a lot of weight. If you come to Kealakekua next time, you should stop and try their home. It will be worth it!
