The main French-Japanese mixed restaurant is a blended dish, and the food sold is very exquisite, so the price is higher. The restaurant environment is also very high-end and stylish. I highly recommend this restaurant. it is rated 2 Michelin stars. Decor is simple with an open kitchen.  Service is friendly and efficient. Each dish is explained and well instructed on which to eat first. We ordered the 10 course set menu which cost about 1600 hkd (without wine pairing).  Each dish was absolutely divine. A lot of effort and creativity was put forth in making this menu. Thank you Bo Innovation for a great gastronomical experience.

The strange stone cuisine is still a Michelin star. The salmon inside is very good. The sashimi is also delicious. The seafood is very exquisite. The environment is also good. Just book a week in advance.

推荐招牌三人行，一碗爽腩净食，二碗净伊面，一碗牛腩河，一杯奶茶，两罐可乐。搭配的很好。味道算不出。可是距离物美价廉还是差了一大截。一共$425。

去了两次才吃上，第一次去居然休息，转而去吃了附近的莲香楼。其实位置很好找，坐半山电梯，走到一半石往下看能看到兰芳园，在那里下电梯，这时候再使用GPS就好了，九记牛腩也在这附近了。都说九记牛腩永远要排队，我们下午两点去，只排了半小时的队就进去吃了。里面位置不大，都是那种大圆桌，服务员态度也真的不太好，没办法，谁叫人家面条好吃呢。吃饭流程是这样的，门外排队，到顺序了进去坐下点餐，吃完门口付款。不收1000面值的港币，好像也只收现金不刷卡，这个有点不太记得了。有小哥想吃饭前就付款，人家还不让。我们两个人点了一份上汤牛腩伊面，一份咖喱牛腩面，一份冻柠檬水。特别喜欢他家的上汤牛腩伊面，真的很好吃。好吃到即使服务态度不好好像也值得。香港给我印象最深的就是九记牛腩的，下次去香港一定还会再去。

个人主推味道真不错，去的时候要排队还好赶的时间不错排队的人不多，咖喱口味是我最喜欢的，地方不大一个圆桌都是拼座有地方就进去，餐厅不提供餐巾纸一定要自行携带好，店内只收港币及举手1000元港币，取钱一定要准备好零钱，每人是最低45港币消费限制的。
