[Scenery] Elysian Park, located in Los Angeles, USA, is a local leisure place with a long history.
[Fun] The environment here is beautiful and the green grass is green. In addition to climbing up and overlooking the city, tourists can also walk and picnic here.
I decided to go to Elysium Park, which is connected to Dodger Stadium, and take a walk/hiking on a clear autumn day to look at the other side of Los Angeles, which is what the doctor ordered! ! : Surprisingly, it only took 20 minutes to get there from west Los Angeles. Once a person arrives here, there are many places where you can walk or hike into the mountains to see the beauty of the city.
hike for a grand view
So happy to be with Du Bro
LA is suitable for watching the sunset
Overlooking LA and swinging superb
There is a gem of a trail here at Elysian Park called the Angel Loop! It's about 2.8 miles and takes around 1.5 hours to complete. This is a unique and great hike especially if you are trying to stay within the realm of Downtown LA. It really is an urban city hike as you can see the pile of cars on the freeway all around you. My favorite part of this hike is the hidden swing that overlooks the city. There is also a part of the hike towards the top that is all pavement that showcases the downtown LA skyline. It's captivating as if you were walking level towards the buildings. It looks like it can get populated at the bottom of the park with picnics as this park is next to dodger stadium. If you are looking for more of a isolated picnic experience, make sure to venture to the top. If you plan on doing the Angel Loop trail, the trailhead is on Stadium Way and Elysian Park Drive.
Love hiking here. Great to discover new places to just enjoy the amazing views of Los Angeles and the surrounding Valley.
Very spacious. Great views of the city. Nice place to have a picnic.
A great large park in the middle of LA?! And hardly anyone visits the park (apart from Dodger games), so it's a great place to have a relatively quiet hike. And you'll be rewarded with great views of downtown LA, northeast LA, and Hollywood!
Very nice little park behind dodger stadium. There are some grills and picnic tables there for grilling and eating. You can take your dog there and walk around, it becomes very scenic as you go up the hill. Lots of nice views over the city because it goes over the I-5 freeway. I would recommend coming with some friends and playing ultimate frisbee because there is a lot of grass.
