Catacombs of Priscilla

Because of the colder temperatures in the underground graves and ensuring proper wear, girls can wear a scarf to cover their shoulders and knees and enter the modern entrance to the Benedictine monastery. Photographs are not allowed inside the graves. Some walls and ceilings display exquisite decorations and illustrations of Biblical scenes, which were created in the middle of the second century.

As my 15 year old said "this is terrifying!". Walking through the catacombs give you a glimpse into the burial grounds of thousands of ancient Romans. The catacombs also served to house Roman residents during WWII.

It's beautiful. It's worth going to Haha and hanging out.
