Interesting place, especially for those, interested in history and the facts about saving so many Jewish people during WWII.

Closed

We tried to go twice and both times it was closed even those it was supposed to be open. There was a note on the door saying be back in 30 minutes both times.

A big variety of artefacts

The museum offers a big variety of artefacts depicting the history of the region. A must when you visit the city!

It's an interesting museum. All the signs are in english. The only downside is the way they present the bulgarian history during 1920-1945 - "Makedonia and Thracian" where hardly "liberated territorie...
