In 1975, the Red Banner Canal Memorial Pavilion was established at the sluice of the Red Banner Canal Main Canal Hub Project. It was expanded in 2000 and later renamed the Red Banner Canal Memorial Hall. The new pavilion opened on May 1, 2014.
