On a whim, we visited this museum and really enjoyed it. The exhibits were informative and very well put-together. Also lovingly maintained and staffed by helpful volunteers. As native Southern Californians we appreciated learning about the history of this part of our home state. My favorite exhibit was the barbed wire display - its history and all the different kinds! The museum is free, and we gave them a donation before we left. Highly recommend a visit!
