You can walk along the river, where there are various bars, restaurants, etc. You can go to these places. We also found that some travel agencies here offer better prices to transferers than directly provided by hotels. There are also restaurants in the subway station with some very delicious food to choose from. I like this place in Phnom Penh-a great place to take a leisurely stroll on the promenade or sit on a bench to enjoy the view. I have been here twice, once after dinner in the evening, it was quite cool, and the other time before sunset the next day because I wanted to see the daytime scenery here. It is close to the royal palace, museums and the old town. The best time to visit is early in the morning or before sunset.

There is a very familiar river in Phnom Penh, the Mekong River. And there will naturally be a pier on the Mekong River. Sisowath Quay is one of them. This pier is very close to the Grand Palace and the Four Arms Bay in Phnom Penh. So everyone can clock in the dock, the Grand Palace, and Four Arms. What I like more is the quietness on the pier, watching the Mekong River slowly flow together.
There are some big ships docked at this pier in the evening. There are many rooms with balconies on the ships. They should be cruise ships for long-distance trips. I haven't taken it before and haven't asked where they came from or where they are going. There are boats to Vietnam at this pier, the ticket is 25 dollars, and the voyage is 5-7 hours.
Phnom Penh's waterfront, which feels surprisingly grand considering how minimally I used to associate Cambodia's capital with any body of water. I particularly love coming here in the morning when locals are going about their business, before the majority of tourists arrive.
It was near the Mekong River and in the evening many local people like to came here praying , resting or walking along the river.
Tourist spot for strolling and visiting by day ans in the evening to play sports with Cambodian and music, great fun!
I didn't expect to see a modern looking hotel at Phnom Penh but was glad I did. It was strategically located by the river and nicely decorated (zen style). The Roof Top bar offers nice view to the river, and the restaurant on the ground floor is a great place to chill out.
the only thing i remember is those restaurants.
