Shankou Mangrove

The mangrove forest in Yamaguchi is far from the city, and there are many marine animals such as tide crabs and drum shrimps in the sea water in the forest. This is a place to protect the habitat of dwarf scorpions and many seabirds such as egrets at the national level. At low tide, you can see the high mangrove forest root and crown, which is spectacular.

The Yamaguchi Mangrove National Nature Reserve is located on the east and west sides of the Shatian Peninsula in the southeast of Hepu County, Guangxi. It is composed of sea, land and all beaches on the east and west side of the island. It covers an area of 8,000 hectares and belongs to the tropical humid climate of South Asia.

It has been many years since the last public announcement of maintenance and repair. Last year, it was finally completely renovated. Now I can revisit the place where I left regrets. I came here for the second time. The road before can be described as muddy. However, according to the national construction, the road surface has been renovated.

Yamaguchi mangrove forest is a national protected area with a long history. It attracts many scholars to study mangrove forest and is well protected.
