The scenery is pleasant and there is no commercial atmosphere. It is definitely an adventure + hiking + archaeological complex. It is recommended to reserve about 3 hours. (It is hard to imagine how you can not even climb up and how 2000 years of humankind have completed such a magnificent building)

The ancient city is very big, you have to give yourself full time, but unfortunately we only have 2.5 hours, but you can spend a lot of time here, we must have missed a lot of places - excuses for another time! Put on the shoes and bring the otters and don’t miss the stunning panoramic view from the graveyard (above the fire tower). It’s a hike but worth the effort!
We take buses every time we travel from Fethiye to Antalya, and I love this way because you can see magnificent alpine canyons along the way, stops midway to want to use Turkish cuisine, and here the ancient Roman theatre is amazing how the ancients built it on the mountain.
The ancient city of Temosos is a large-scale ancient city site in Antalya. It has a small area and is not well preserved. Now there are only some rubble and some incomplete gates left. It has a strong sense of historical vicissitudes. Now it is being repaired. It may not be in such a dilapidated state in the future.
It was a wonderful trip, guided by Uraz from "Cicerone Travel" company. Temosos is unique as it is a huge Roman ruin on a mountain that is up to 1000m. The amphitheatre is breathtaking and is the highlight of the trip.
The scenery is pleasant, the ancient architecture is the same as the ancient Roman. Just be careful when we go. We met an old man. He was very "enthusiastic" to introduce us to the attractions. We said no, he wanted to help us take pictures. After the photo, my friend said that he wanted to see how the photo was finally taken. Take the phone back, he asked for money ... I was really afraid! Luckily there was a police patrol. He saw the police and left. Scared!
We took a day trip to this attraction through a travel agency and the experience was particularly good. The guide explained the whole historical background of the attraction so it was interesting for us. We spent several hours here, hiking in the forest, so we must wear comfortable shoes.
