Want to learn a little more about Ireland's history? The Little Museum of Dublin may be small, but it sure packs a punch. It's rated the best museum experience by The Irish Times and had it not been for it's number one spot I might have missed it myself.The guides deliver 2000 years of Irish history in 45 minutes in a fun, interactive way that won't have you staring at your watch and daydreaming about lunch.It's a fantastic introduction to Dublin's history and well worth the €8 entrance fee.
This is a beautiful and unexpected walk. It is a Georgian townhouse at St. Stephen's Green that tells the history of Dublin in a simple and beautiful way. So it is possible to understand how they lived in other times, see traditional objects and more.
