Moody's Church is the largest church here. There is a huge cross on the top of the church. It's very eye-catching and fun.
This church is very famous locally, and many famous opportunities will be held here.
Dwight Moody, founder of the Moody Church, was considered by some, to be the greatest Protestant Evangelist of the nineteenth century. In 1871, Moody was leading a revival in Chicago when he found himself in the middle of a raging fire in what became later known as the Great Chicago Fire. He barely escaped with his life, but later started another Methodist Church in Chicago. In 1925, the Church moved to it's present location across from the Chicago History Museum.
