Echo &amp; Rig Las Vegas有$1.99 Steak &amp; Egg - WHAT。这可不是平常 Vegas Cafe Shop 的便宜货啊，这可是现场手切 Rib Eyes @ Butcher &amp; Steakhouse.   Shrimp cocktail 也是 $1.99 跟 fire grill hot dog $1元 也很好吃，而且沒有限量。

这家店的烤马铃薯味道很不错，是用锡纸包的，里面的甜品很好吃，要了优酪乳草莓冰激凌很好吃，其他的牛排什么的都是必点的菜，服务员有点少。
