This is a beautiful, narrow garden strip between Amalienborg & the harbor. It features unusual fountains, manicured shrubs, & flowers. It is a handy place to duck all the tour groups on their way to...
A fountain not very spectacular placed in the park of the Amalienborg palace. A round basin and some vertical water jets. Nothing special. Maybe just the height of the jets which, occasionally, is qui...
I am certain these gardens are delightful to visit -- when things are green and the weather is warm. However, even at the end of October when plants have begun to turn and it is cold and damp, one can...

The building is super beautiful, with a very large area. Although it is a Gothic style or other styles, it is not known how many times it is more beautiful than a match-style building. Cannibalism
Very beautiful scenic spot, there are layered sense of the plants, the level of gardening is really high, and there are many beautiful statues, attract many tourists to take pictures, remember to punch card.
Our second stay in Copenhagen saw us again spend some time in this waterside garden area. We had just been to see the four Amalienborg Royal Palaces and it is only a very short walk from the Royal square towards the waterfront and into this garden. The most striking feature of the garden is the impressive large fountain which is the centrepiece of the garden. Whilst we were there, many visitors were posing next to the fountain for photographs. Our main reason for visiting this garden was simply to make use of the park benches which we knew from previous experience, were located there. We had been very busy with various tourist activities throughout the morning and we were desperately in need of somewhere to take a break and recover a bit of energy. The Amaliehaven garden was the ideal place to do this in pleasant surroundings and with a nice outlook!
