Palacio de Tribunales is a nice building from architectural outlook. Nearly all visitors will come here to take photos around particularly when there is a large park in front. Highly recommended.

Pretty building, and that is about it. I was not able to get inside. Worth taking maybe 5 pictures and continuing on with the day.
