Croatian World Heritage-Plitvice Lakes National Park (Plitvice Lakes National Park), as beautiful as a fairy tale wonderland, comparable to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area in the United States, there is no high altitude, you can rest assured to visit slowly
The most famous national park in Croatia, founded in 1949, is the oldest national park in Southeast Europe and the largest national park in Croatia at present. It is said that it is the "Jiuzhaigou of Europe", but the national park was approved by the United Nations in 1979. It was listed as a natural heritage, 13 years earlier than Jiuzhaigou. The Plitvice Lakes National Park is called Plitvice Lakes National Park for short because there are 16 large and small lakes in this national park, which is basically completely covered by forest. Moreover, there is a huge gap in the lake drop. It is said that there is a 135-meter drop from the first lake to the sixteenth lake, and the connection between the lake and the lake forms hundreds of waterfalls of various sizes (the largest waterfall has 78 meters drop), all over the valley, so it is called the most dreamy waterfall in the world. The park as a whole can be divided into the upper lake area and the lower lake area. The upper lake area is composed of 12 lakes, and the lower lake area has 4 lakes. There are fewer waterfalls, but the gap is greater. The famous "big waterfall" (its name is " The Great Waterfall") is in the Lower Lake District. Many people choose to depart from Zagreb or Zadar in the morning, arrive at noon for the tour, and then leave by evening bus. For half a day, you can only choose classic scenic spots, and it's more hurried. My personal suggestion is that you should stay here for one night and divide it into two and a half days (the afternoon of the first day and the morning of the second day). It would be better to visit, because it is really beautiful, suitable for slowing down and enjoying nature. Since our hotel is at Gate 2, and Gate 2 is located in the middle of the park, there are P1 Pier and ST2 bus station, so our two half-day tour routes are designed like this: Visit Shanghu District on the first day afternoon: Take a boat from P1 to P2 from Exit 2, and then hike along the signs from P2 to ST3. Then take the shuttle bus at ST3 to ST2 and walk back to the hotel. The whole process is almost four hours. Visit the Lower Lake District in the morning of the next day: take a bus from ST2 to ST1, then walk to P3, with lunch. Then take a boat from P3 back to P2, and then take a boat from P2 back to P1, about two and a half hours. In this way, basically the entire Plitvice Lakes scenic spot is almost played.
The original Croatian Plitvicka Lakes National Park is called Plitvice Lakes National Park. Does the Kozjak Lake inside resemble Jiuzhaigou? The video is in February 2019. It is said that summer and autumn should be more beautiful. Croatia’s veteran scenic spots are first-class in environmental protection, and have maintained their original ecology for decades...
Pliste Lakes National Park is located in the karst mountains in central Croatia and is the largest national park in Croatia. There are many lakes, caves and waterfalls formed by limestone deposits in the park. Because there are 16 connected mountain lakes with a total length of 10 kilometers, the park is also called Plitvice Lakes National Park. The Plitvice Lakes group is very similar to my country's Jiuzhaigou, so in China, it is usually called "European Jiuzhaigou". The park covers a total area of 19462 hectares, of which forest area accounts for more than 70[%]. The lake is divided into upper lake area and lower lake area according to the topography. Among the 12 lakes in the Upper Lake District, Lake Kozjak is located at the lowest point in the Upper Lake District. It is the largest lake in the entire Plitvice Lakes area, and boats are available on the lake. There is a wooden bridge between the lake and the lake, which is convenient for tourists to visit and watch.
