It started with the rushed hostess who went over the menu and wanted us to make an order almost as soon as we sat down and put aside my backpack. She took the order for my drink, and a new server arrived. I specifically chose noodles after my main course, as I normally do after BBQ. He went over the entire order and repeated that I ordered the stew. I corrected him. He went over the menu incorrectly again, and in the process, I noticed his eyes wandered to look down at my wife’s shirt as he was standing over her. I decided not to make an issue over it. I corrected him on our order, and I asked him specifically to go over it again, which he did correctly – was he offended that I asked him to do this? When after the main course, the order was wrong – smh. The waitress who brought out the food called him on their walkie-talkie and had him come out. He cupped his hand and whispered in her ear only. She indicated that I changed my mind a few times, and the order was confusing. There was no change in mind EVER. While we were ordering, my wife asked for clarification about two types of beef, and we decided to share our meals. I did not order Octopus over rice, nor would I order that, nor have I ordered Octopus while in Korea. I was offended because I felt this young man who looked down at my shirt decided to 한방먹여. The waitress offered to exchange the dish, which I declined. The two offenses I experienced aren’t going to be settled by getting me a bowl of noodles. The waitress did ask what happened and why I thought about speaking to her management. So, I pulled her aside and explained the sexual advancement, which offended me, and that I felt that the male waiter intentionally submitted an incorrect order or his memory was not good and that he should carry a pen and paper. I wonder if others have experienced this waiter. Anyhow, I didn’t want to be THAT guy who made a scene or complained to get a new dish that might be compromised, nor did I need a bowl of
