About Da Nang

Da Nang is located in central Vietnam. The beaches stretch along some 30 kilometers of coastline, making this an ideal resort location. Downtown Da Nang has a few scenic spots, most notably a candy pink church—the Da Nang Cathedral—which is full to the brim with the Gothic style of the Middle Ages. It is an excellent place to take photos. My Khe Beach is known as one of the planet’s most beautiful beaches. Rent a lounge chair and you can enjoy the whole day sunbathing and enjoying the sandy, sunny, beachfront scene. The Da Nang coastal road from Hải Vân Pass to Lăng Cô Beach is especially beautiful. If you are traveling with the Open Bus from Hue to Da Nang, grab a window seat to enjoy this scenic drive. Da Nang's Chàm Islands have water so clear you can see all the way down to the bottom. Diving or snorkeling here is a good way to see lots of colorful coral.

The Banashan Mountain Resort is known as the Southeast Asian Disneyland and is the must-see for Da Nang. The cable car system of Banashan has won two medals in the world of Guinness, namely the worlds longest single cable car system and the highest in the world. The cable car system, the top of the mountain is a European-style theme park, just like walking in the fairy tale world.
Take the Bana Mountain Cable Car and experience the beauty of the four seasons of Bana Mountain. From the sky, overlooking the virgin forest, it seems to be in a fairyland. There is also a Bana Lingying Temple on the mountain. There is a huge white jade sitting Buddha guarding the entire Bana Mountain.
Bana Mountain has three cable car lines. After more than 20 minutes, the cable car goes up the mountain. There are two routes, one is the garden and the other is the mountain top. Generally, it takes the mountain from the left side and the Garden Garden. It is recommended not to continue to take the cable car to the top of the mountain. The cable car is about 15 minutes, so you can avoid the tour group and visit the main buildings.
The top of the mountain is the main tourist area of the Bana Mountain. It is mainly French architecture. The finest attractions such as churches, castles and fountains are here. The top floor is the temple. You can hear the bells and overlook the Bana. Mountain panorama. The most recommended game for the entire castle is the slide rails, which can be used by a single person or two people. Because there are many people playing, they need to line up.
Speaking of the origin of the name of Banashan, it is said that according to the local people in Da Nang, the word "Banana" was spoken. During the French colonial period, Europeans did not intend to discover the land and then built a large number of European architectural styles.
