It is not far from the cathedral and has three floors. The ventilation is not good, there is no fan and air-conditioning, so the smell is a bit heavy. Especially the basement floor tastes great. The second floor is very shocking, recording the history of the Vietnam War and displaying many weapons and bomb heads at least two meters high. The Da Nang Museum contains many collections and historical photos, which are more bloody and real than those in China, but the museum does not have a Chinese explanation. If there is a Chinese introduction, you can find out if the English is good.

However, the old-style museum, unless you are interested in history, if not, it is quite boring. Admission is so cheap, but the location is next to the exhibition center and the traffic is inconvenient. We went there in 15 minutes and left. If you have a few hours of free time, Da Nang Museum is a good place to visit if you are interested in Vietnamese history and not just the Vietnam War. The museum provides an in-depth understanding of Vietnamese culture, and there are many interesting exhibits there. Compared with other museums, the tickets here are very cheap. It might be a bit hot inside because not all have air conditioning.
We especially like the exquisite sculptures of animals, sacred cows and elephants. They look like they jumped out of the Disney Shrek movie. This is a must visit museum in Vietnam. We stayed here for 1.5 hours. All the exhibits are well arranged. It is worth seeing.
The Champa Sculpture Museum is very modern. It displays the stone sculptures of the Champa from India who moved to Vietnam in the 2nd century. Some of them are well preserved and have incredible details. There are many floors in the museum, and it is estimated to be at least one hour to 90 minutes to see it. It is worth seeing.
It is worth checking out some of the exhibits. Each room has a large card and an exhibition introducing history in English and other languages. One part is devoted to photography which proves to be very interesting photos to go for many years and recent photos too. very good.
