About Dangxiong: Damxung County is part of the Tibet Autonomous Region and is located in the northern part of Lhasa, on the border between southern and northern Tibet. Its most famous attraction is Nam Co, one of Tibet’s three holy lakes. The Nyainqentanglha Mountains on the edge of Nam Co are one of the most famous mountain ranges in Tibet. The tops of the mountains are snowy and beautiful all year round. Well-known as a geothermal resource, Yangbajain is a good place to experience mountain hot springs.
