Chonggu Temple

This is one of the first things you see when you finally arrive in the Yading Scenic Area. The bus ride from the park gates to this point takes about an hour, but this is your reward. It’s absolutely stunning. Don’t spend too much time on the frontend tho as you have a long way to hike to get to the Milk Lake! Make the circuit and snap some photos then head for the next transport point.

Chonggu Temple is like the gate of heaven, and it feels very close to the world of gods. Any tourist or novice photographer here may be able to take photos that are close to professional standards.

Chonggu Temple is located at the foot of Xiannairi Xuefeng in the Yading Nature Reserve. The temple is relatively old and seems to lack maintenance and repair. The surrounding natural environment is very good. From a distance, it looks like a mysterious castle in the dense forest of the forest.

Chonggu Temple is located at the foot of Xiannai Rishen Mountain, 3880 meters above sea level. The original monastery was severely damaged, and the walls were completely broken. Chonggu Temple is affiliated to the Langjiling Temple of Gongga, where Zaba recites sutras and Buddha, and there is a statue of Buddha Sakyamuni in the sutra hall. In the Yading Scenic Area, Chonggu Temple has an excellent location. Located in Chonggu Temple, there are three sacred mountains that have not changed for thousands of years. At the foot is a meadow full of wild flowers, and behind is the rugged and majestic Aden Canyon. Chonggu Temple is like the gate of heaven, guarding the sacred Kingdom of Shambhala.
