About Dengzhou: Dengzhou (邓州), under the administration of Nanyang City in Henan Province, is home to the Fusheng Pagoda, which is characteristic of the Northern Song Dynasty during the time it was built. Dengzhou’s Danjiangkou Reservoir is currently the largest in Asia in terms of its water surface area, and is surrounded by a landscape full of the natural beauty of clear lakes and rising mountains. Dengzhou is also the birthplace of Huo Qubing, a military general from the Han Dynasty. The stunning surroundings and long history make this a place well worth seeing.
