Luhuadang is located near Yinshan Street. It is an artificial garden with a small area. It has been changed to a commercial villa in the Republic of China. The environment in the garden is quiet and the vegetation is lush. It is rumored that Moganshan Kaishan Laozu Mo Yuan once brought her daughter to this place to cultivate reeds and treat diseases. Kaishan Laozu has a legend, Heyi Spring is still flowing, and Marshal Chen Yi's poems are engraved in the stele pavilion. Luhuadang has a walk up the mountain road to Baiyun Mountain Hall.
