had the biggest scare in all of my Chasing Philippine Waterfalls Project trips. Death literally stared at me while negotiating a difficult trek to Matigol Falls. I almost quit and gave up and go back to Davao City. But the reward of a beautiful and majestic waterfalls prevailed upon me. And it sure did! Matigol Falls has several tiers with different beauty and splendor. I would love to go back here but not in that difficult and death-defying route.
