多多The last stop of our stay on the Gold Coast was Burleigh Heads National Park. There are a few trails on this small headland, even for my older partners. After we parked our car in the free parking lot at the end of Goodwin Terrace, we hit the road. We went up the mountain, passed a short and steep staircase, and walked up a sealed sloping road with three observation decks along the way. We walked very slowly because it took my companion 15 minutes to reach Tumgum Mountain. There are three or four benches along the way, as well as big rocks to sit on. If you have more time, a walk on the beach will be very pleasant. Parking near Burleigh Heads is chargeable. Except for the free parking lot near the entrance of NP, parking is restricted and chargeable. This is a very popular destination.
yangduoduo17Compared with other attractions in the area, the price of David Fleay Wildlife Park is very reasonable. In the morning we went to feed the emu, kangaroo, various birds and wallabies. Even with a stroller, it is easy to reach every place, and the night shows are great. We are standing 2 meters away from the crocodile-you can't do it anywhere else. Very relaxing and a great place for a picnic. It is recommended to play with children for 3 hours.
coo***anSuch a lovely area, we took a walk up to the lookout as had been recommended to me. A lovely gentle walk through the park and slight incline up to the lookout but worth it for the views. Make sure you take the right turning to the lookout.
多多We visited the dark hops tap room because we like to try craft beer. The kind you can only get from small creative breweries like these guys. They did not disappoint you and can choose interesting and delicious beers. Pulling French fries full of beef from the food truck outside, it hit the spot with one or two tasting paddles.
